Support/Helpdesk

This department is responsible for the computing, networking, telephone and information systems of the University. The office is also the home of the Help Desk with Information Support Specialists who service the University community needs for PC, telephone, and Cable TV service as well as audio/visual requests.

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - Midnight
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:30 a.m. - Midnight

Audio Visual Technician: 7 days a week: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Contact via the Helpdesk during these hours; other times call (630) 829-6610. If no answer, call Public Safety at (630) 829-6666 and ask them to page the on-duty A.V. Technician.

Online MBA, MPH, or MED Students Technical Support: 7 days a week: 24 hours a day: Call 1-866-291-1166.
