Job Title: Assistant Track and Field Coach(2)

Duties: Acknowledge accountability for all elements of the job description; teach all of the technical skills required to participate in intercollegiate track & field; monitor the latest trends and techniques relating to track & field; travel with the team to away competitions and assist in travel arrangements; working with the head coach, establish and implement recruiting goals and tactics; assist with recruiting process; adhere to the policies and guidelines of the NCAA, affiliated conference; Benedictine University (as stated in the employee handbook), and regulations relating to fairness and non-discrimination; serve as a mentor and positive role model for all student-athletes; maintain appearance and demeanor that communicates confidence, confidentiality and professionalism; assist in the planning and implementation of practice planning and event strategy; help to plan and host home track & field meets; other duties as assigned by the head coach.
Qualifications: Education:Bachelors degree, Experience: Collegiate coaching or participation preferred, Specific Skills: Knowledge of jumping events, Good verbal and written communication,
Supervisory Responsibility (if applicable): Athletes in jumping events
MUST HAVE PERMANENT LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE U.S.A.
