Duties:
Responsible for writing brief approximately 8 newsletter articles focused on fruits, vegetables, and physical activity for West Chicago School District #33 newsletter. In addition, student will also gather educational materials that teachers can use to provide nutrition focused lessons in the classroom. Student will assemble information into attractive emails that will be send to teachers. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelors degree and, Registered Dietitian or Didactic Program in Dietetics verification required Education: Student at Benedictine University in need of Financial Aid, but must be a Registered Dietitian or enrolled in the Dietetic Internship, and be currently enrolled in either Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness or Master of Public Health Program with good academic standing. Experience: Experience with professional writing a plus. Specific Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Publisher), superior written communication, oral communication, organizational and time management skills
