Early Warning Notification (EWN) System

The Early Warning Notification (EWN) system alerts students to attendance or performance issues that may impact their grade in a particular course. The notice is sent by instructors to the student's university email and the students advisor. ACE runs regular EWN reports for athletic teams and campus residents and provides tutoring information to students who receive EWNs in classes supported by tutoring services.

Students should also regularly check to see if they have any EWNs.  To do that, students should log into MyBenU at http://vpcsprox01.ben.pri/psp/csprod/?cmd=login.  The red box in the image below indicates where their BenU login credintials go.

Once logged in, students should click on "Self Service." The red arrow in the image below shows were students should click.

Then students should click on "View my Early Warning Notices" under "Academic Records."  The red arrow below shows where students should click.

Students should click on "Find an Existing Value." The red box in the image below shows where students should click.

Then students will see all the Early Warning Notices.  They may need to scroll down to see them all.
