Professional
Background:
I am a college faculty member teaching humanities, ethics, critical thinking,
and general studies at various institutions. As an experienced facilitator
specializing in distance education opportunities for the adult learner, I
recently taught the final course for the Sales and Sales Management Certificate
at Benedictine University where we critically examined ethical and social
responsibilities of business and determined creative ways to apply
philosophical principles. Before entering into the education field I spent
years working in retail where my emphasis on building relationships between the
buyer and seller allowed me to excel in sales and customer service and to build
and maintain a loyal customer base. I am a certified teacher serving as Information
Specialist for CUSD #300 in charge of five school libraries and a professional
classical musician specializing in organ, conducting, and arts administration
