Professional Background:
Dr. Cain has been a practicing organizational consultant for 25 years, working with top-tier corporations and organizations throughout the world. She is partner at The Corporate Learning Institute, a Chicago-based training and development organization which offers corporate events, training, coaching and strategic planning services. Dr. Cain is also a dedicated field placement instructor for many Chicago-area organizational development programs. She is certified in a variety of training assessments and instruments, as well as training approaches and methods. Dr. Cain is an experienced project manager and has coached and trained project management skills to many client organizations and groups.
