Professional Background: Andrew T. Carr is a recent addition to the Benedictine University Adjunct faculty for the Moser College of Adult and Professional Studies. His initial focus will be in Business and Management courses. He is a senior level executive with over 25 years of experience across broad industries, products, services, and technologies.

Andrew's teaching experience includes: Lincoln Land Community College, Springfield, IL as an Adjunct Instructor (accounting and economics courses); Medgar Evers College, New York, NY as an Instructor/Facilitator (small business planning and development courses) and The Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone, New York, NY as a business consultant (to small businesses including planning and development). Andrew has experience as a public speaker, workshop creator/facilitator, and radio talk show host and producer.

He has significant experience in strategic planning, financial consulting, investment banking, business development, public policy analysis, managing non–profit organizations and securing funding from individuals, corporations and foundations. Andrew has a great entrepreneurial spirit, is a creative problem solver, and is a strong collaborator. In addition he runs his own business consulting and strategic advisory company.
