Glenís professional career has spanned nearly thirty years in manufacturing. For the last twenty of those years he have been starting up various sales and distribution organizations while managing direct sales and distributor sales teams. He has created strategic plans for product development, market entry/exit and channel development.
He has been teaching Sales, Management, Marketing and Strategic Management courses as an adjunct at area universities since 2005. He is passionate about teaching and bringing real world examples to the theories provided in class.
