Professional Background:
I have taught adults in a military, corporate, or University setting since 1972.
I have twenty years military as well as twenty five years business experience in Human Resources and Organization Development where my emphasis was in Workplace Assessment, Training Needs Analysis, developing and teaching Management and Leadership courses.

I believe that adults are motivated learners that desire personal development that focuses on their individual needs. I believe that they can excel with encouragement and direction. I strongly believe that life-long learning is an important component of human development; you are never too old to learn – or – too young to teach.
