Professional Background:
Jinnie earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago in 1999. She is a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute for Clinical Social Work and her dissertation is studying “The Transformation of Ambition to Achievement for African-Americans raised in Poverty.” Currently, she is the CEO of a personal and professional development firm, International & Chicago’s High Achievers. She carries a small caseload and provides psychotherapy, executive and life coaching, management consulting, and management training.
