Kate has 20 years experience in healthcare operations including financial management, managed care contract negotiation, mentoring, human resource management and operations team management. Currently, she is Vice President, MCO Network Operations for Coventry Workers Comp Services in Downers Grove, Illinois. She handles all workers' compensation managed care organization operations in 20 states. Kate has also worked with hospital, health systems and providers to improve operations to increase referral and revenue streams. She has worked for Concentra Networks Services, Validare, Inc., Advocate Health Systems and Good Samaritan Hospital.
