Professional Background:
I have over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and information technology, as an educator, manager and consultant. I specialize in financial management for IT organizations. I currently work at Calamos Investments. Previously, I was the controller for the information systems department at U.S. Cellular. Prior to that, I was the controller for the corporate information services group at McDonald's Corporation. Prior to that, I worked at Accenture as a controller for several different business units. At Accenture I also managed several R&D initiatives, including development of Accenture's software engineering tools. I graduated from Kettering University with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, and from the University of Michigan with an MBA in accounting and finance. I am also a volunteer career counselor at the Naperville Community Career Center.
