Professional Background:
I am an established HR leader with 7 years of professional HR experience. The majority of my experience lies within HR partnerships in the manufacturing and distribution industries. However, I also have experience within the healthcare, retail and professional services industries. In addition to my corporate HR experience, I have provided HR and Safety consulting services to small employers who cannot otherwise afford to staff an HR professional.

Complimenting my work experience is my SPHR certification. Obtaining the SPHR certification rounds out my HR background and helps link HR theory to practical business solutions.

I received both my Bachelors Degree and MBA from Lewis University. Lewis shares a distinct trait with Benedictine University which makes me very excited to a part of this organization; tradition and heritage. I look forward to helping Benedictine students achieve their goals.
