Professional Background:
My name is Heather Sayre Jordan and I am so pleased to be teaching with Benedictine University! I have been involved with adult education for over 15 years now and have found online education to be one of the most exciting ways to teach and learn in an environment that is rich in diversity and experience.

I have spent the last 15 years of my career working with adult students seeking a degree. As a University administrator I found myself involved in every aspect of the adult learners’ experience, from the financial to the academic policies and procedures. There is nothing that I enjoy more than working one-to-one with the learner to find out how I may be a resource toward their goal to earn a degree. Being a faculty member provides tremendous opportunity for me to do that!
