John Joseph is an accomplished marketing, advertising, and communications executive and is excited to bring his real world experiences to the classroom. John has held senior marketing and management positions on both the “agency” and “client” sides. For five years, he was Vice President of Marketing for Roto-Rooter, the nation’s largest provider of plumbing and drain cleaning services. From Roto-Rooter, he moved to Ketchum Directory Advertising where he became President and helped sell major brands such as Allstate, LensCrafters, Kinko’s, and Budget Rent a Car. Following Ketchum, he moved to the online agency world to become head of client services for Agency.com and Performics (which was eventually sold to Google) where he worked with major retailers such as Sears, Eddie Bauer, and Cabela’s. Most recently, he has been the COO of Quantitative Services Group, a high-end, niche market research firm catering to Wall Street institutional investors.
