I have spent the bulk of my career in the electrical/electronics industry working in various leadership capacities in manufacturing environments. I have taught undergraduate and graduate level courses in leadership and management principles on an adjunct basis for multiple schools since 1995 and thoroughly enjoy sharing my real world experiences with others.
