Professional Background:
Jerome (Jerry) Pasierb has had a diverse business and leadership background in both the private and public sector. After his studies at West Point he held various leadership positions while on tour for the United States Army in Germany. He left the service as a Captain to join MCI Telecommunications in 1988 where he held managerial positions and implemented a nationwide Quality Management program for the firm. He attended Keller Graduate School of Management during this time and graduated with his M.B.A. in 1993. In 1997, he joined the Business Consulting practice at Arthur Andersen as a consultant and was responsible for the firm's American Customer Satisfaction Index initiative. In 2002, he transitioned to the mortgage industry and later started his own firm before moving into the role of business and mortgage consultant for America's Mortgage Choice where he is at currently.

Jerry is currently the President of the Lemont Area Chamber of Commerce
