Carmen is employed as Online Faculty Manager for Rasmussen College, Inc and has been teaching online for approximately four years. She also teaches for the Minnesota State College System. Prior to her teaching career, she spent 25 years in health care, the past 10 as a manager in Health Information Management. Her particular area of interest in health care is the electronic health record and its impact on patient care.
