Tom Peters, the In Search of Excellence guru, in his 1999 book Brand You 50 suggests we all need to brand ourselves --- so I am Dave Ramacitti: The Why Guy, because I have always been fascinated with knowing “why.” Currently I am the Campus College Chair for general studies for the University of Phoenix Chicago onground campus and teach general studies, communication and marketing classes. Previously I operated my own marketing / public relations agency. I have written and published several books and manuals for the small business market. A native of Oak Park, my wife and I now live in Wheaton.
