Professional Background:
My first career was in healthcare, specifically rehabilitation nursing. Over a span of 20 years I toggled between clinical practice and administration (including three years as a Director of Nursing at the Arkansas Rehabilitation Institute in Little Rock, AR). It was my work in program evaluation/outcome measurement in rehabilitation health care that inspired me to acquire my Ph.D. Courses I especially enjoy facilitating are management, marketing, business research, and ethics.
