Professional Background:
William Stephens earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Northwestern University in 1992. Mr. Stephens also worked for Northwestern University for a number of years. His last position with the University was Assistant Director of Operations and Maintenance. He would later co-author a 20 page document with one of the local residents that eventually saved the old Lake Shore Athletic Club from destruction. During his stint with the University he created a new athletic club in some of the under-utilized space in one of the buildings managed by him. The club concept was a huge success for the students, staff, faculty of the Chicago Campus and Streeterville residents. The club closed after the building was sold. William would later attend Northern Illinois University where he earned a Master of Science in School Business Management.
