Professional Background:
Jeff most recently studied Organizational Development here at Benedictine in the First Responder COHORT / Organizational Behavior program where he earned his Master's Degree. Prior to Benedictine Jeff studied management while attending Southern Illinois University earning a BS Degree.

Jeff worked as a firefighter serving a large suburban fire department as their Fire Chief. Having the opportunity to lead a very diverse workforce implementing organizational development, leadership, and interpersonal practices in a variety of roles and management functions lends him as a natural instructor for this program. Being a prior student from the COHORT environment makes him attune to the non-traditional - online schedule and assignment processes.

Jeff has taught college level classes for many years with the College of DuPage as well as classes for the Illinois Fire Chief's Association, Illinois Society of Fire Service Instructors, and the Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy.
