Dr. Trotto has over 20 years of experience in a corporate setting in the area of Strategic Planning and Research. He has worked extensively on strategic issues concerning new product development, lifestyle segmentation, competitor analysis, customer satisfaction measurement and communications.
In the area of education, Dr. Trotto has taught for over 10 years on the topics of Statistics, Marketing and Psychology. Dr. Trotto's newest academic interest centers on better understanding the negotiating processes within one's personal and business lives.
