Professional Background:
I have had the fortune to attend the University of Wisconsin for both my undergraduate and graduate education, where my research is in Einstein's theory of gravity and Grand Unification Theory. I have taught physics, astronomy and math for over 13 years at the undergraduate and community college level. My interests include the use of electronic resources to teach undergraduate mathematics and science, and have additional experience in working with a midsize observatory using a 16 in Schmidt Cassegrain telescope and running educational experiences for the community at large. In my current position I teach algebra and astronomy for the Chicago campuses of the University of Phoenix.
