Professional Background:
Nancy Wajler currently serves as the administrator and carries the responsibility for the coordination and supervision of all adult learning initiatives at Harper College including but not limited to planning of offerings, supervising of staff, and administrative functions. She plans, develops and oversees the general functioning of services and needs for adult students, including those in Fast Track or other adult-oriented scheduling. She plans and developes the Weekend College Program and the Prior Learning Assessment Program. She works with faculty to develop additional degrees and certificates as Fast Track or adult learner offerings.

Nancy Wajler has served as the Manager of Career Services at the College of DuPage since August 1989. Nancy is responsible for providing leadership, development, maintenance of educational support programs that impacts student recruitment, retention and matriculation. Nancy served as the Manager of Admissions, Records, and Registration at Elgin Community College from 1984 to 1989. She created the DuPage Executive Network (DEN). This program has served over 4000 executives and professionals in the first 4 years and 89% have gained employment.
