Professional Background:
As a Registered Dietitian Pam has been working with truck drivers for several years. Her specialized research in driver nutritional health is building awareness about the serious nature of overweight and obesity in America's driver population. Some of her work with drivers includes:

• Roadcookin' and Roadcookin' Express nutrition and cooking programs and features on Sirius Satellite Radio-Truckers' Channel 147-co-hosted by Don Jacobson, author of several cookbooks including The One Pan Gourmet
• Roadcookin', the television program, to premiere this spring on the Truckers' Entertainment Network offered through IdleAire, co-hosted with Don Jacobson
• Pam is a part-time instructor at Benedictine University and Northern Illinois University, and a clinical dietitian at Sherman Hospital in Elgin.
