Professional Background:
I returned to school as a working adult and graduated from Benedictine University in MBA6. My undergraduate degree is in Speech Communications, and I have been in higher education, marketing, and recruitment for 9 years. I'm currently the Enrollment Manager for the learning team programs at Benedictine University's Moser College of Adult and Professional Studies.

My previous experience has varied, ranging from customer service to retail sales as well as training and communications. In addition to teaching for Benedictine University, I have created and facilitated training and development workshops in persuasive speaking, consultative selling, psychology of sales and consumer behavior, and interpersonal communication.

My instructional areas include writing, marketing, sales management, psychology, and speech at the undergraduate level, influenced especially by my career and academic experiences at Benedictine. Improving communication skills affects the adult learner, like you and me, both personally and professionally!
