The MSCEP program was contracted last summer to compare the physiological responses (including calorie expenditure), muscle activation, and ground impact between a new device called the Sproing, a treadmill and an elliptical.  We tested 18 subjects and we were able to involve 10 of our students to assist with the testing.  Please click on this link to learn more about this innovative new way of exercising:  http://www.sproingfitness.com
