After you download your Go book, follow these simple steps to start your BenU college experience.

 
 

1. Attend an Eagle Day or another upcoming event

This is a great way to get to know us better and meet representatives from various areas on campus, as well as other students.

2. File Your FAFSA

Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid as soon as possible to ensure you receive all the financial aid and scholarships for which you may be eligible. Include our school code: 001767.

File with the BenU school code to be automatically eligible for a $1,000 Early FAFSA Filer award.

3. Submit Your Deposit

Pay your $100 enrollment deposit to confirm your intent to enroll. You will need the student ID number provided in your acceptance letter. Deposits for fall are refundable until May 1.

4. Schedule Placement Testing

All incoming freshmen are required to take placement tests in math, writing and foreign language. Placement testing can be taken at any time but requires three days advance notice.

5. SOAR
Student Orientation and Registration

Once you complete your online placement tests and submit your tuition deposit, you will be able to register for classes at an upcoming SOAR event.

At SOAR, you will also be able to apply for student housing on campus and submit your mandatory health form and immunization records.

6. Ben Beginnings

The weekend before classes start holds many opportunities for you to participate in events, meet new friends, figure out your way around campus, meet staff members who will be helping you during your time here and have a lot of fun.
