Congratulations on selecting Benedictine University as your college choice.
We are very excited that you will be joining our campus community in the near
future. To ensure you have taken all the necessary steps to make a smooth transition
into college, this provides you with relevant information related to securing
your registration as a Benedictine University student.
- A $200 tuition deposit to secure your registration at Benedictine University. Pay securely online. In addition, if you are living on campus please send in your housing preference form and health form (will open in new windows) as soon as possible. The housing deposit is an additional $125.
- Register for placement testing. The purpose of placement testing is to assess your current abilities and to determine which courses will be most beneficial to you as you begin your studies at Benedictine. All incoming freshman students are required to take placement tests in math, writing and foreign language. Before taking any exams we advise that you prepare.

- After placement testing, a student is ready for advising and registration. Advising will begin in March 2010. Please note that selecting an early advising appointment will allow you the most flexibility in designing your schedule.
- Upon high school graduation, students will need to submit their final semester transcripts to Benedictine University's Enrollment Center by September 1, 2010 to make their admission file complete.
