  Freshman and Transfer Undergraduate
    Deadlines
   
  • October 1: Spring Semester, 2008 (January 14th, 2008)
  • March 6: Summer Semester, 2008 (June 2nd, 2008: 1st session; August 9th, 2008: 2nd session)
  • June 6: Fall Semester, 2008
     
    Requirements
   
  • International Undergraduate application along with a non-refundable application fee of $40 payable by personal check or money order.
  • Photocopy of your personal information page of your passport
  • Translated official transcripts from high school/colleges/universities previously attended
  • Official ECE evaluation report of all home country transcripts. We need a General Analysis report from freshman students and Subject Analysis from transfer students. ECE applications are available on http://www.ece.org
  • Personal Statement (maybe required from transfer students)
  • Two letters of reference (maybe required from transfer students) Reference Letter Template
  • Official results of standardized tests (ACT, SAT or TOEFL)
  • TOEFL test score of 550 or above (paper-based), 213 or above (computer-based) or 79 or above (internet-based).
  • Certificate of Finances: Confidential Financial Statement of Support along with most recent Bank Statement
  • International Student Health form
  • Proof of student health insurance (needed prior to registration)
  • Housing preference form (if applicable)

  • February 6th, 2008: Spring Module 7, 2008 (April 28th, 2008)
  • April 1st, 2008: Summer Module 8, 2008 (June 9th, 2008)
  • May 1st, 2008: Summer Module 9, 2008 (July 14th, 2008)
  • June 6th, 2008: Fall Module 1, 2008
  • July 1st, 2008: Fall Module 2, 2008
  • September 1st, 2008: Fall Module 3, 2008
     
    Requirements
   
  • International Adult Undergraduate application along with a non-refundable application fee of $40 payable by personal check or money order.
  • Photocopy of your personal information page of your passport
  • Translated official transcripts from high school/colleges/universities previously attended
  • Official ECE evaluation report of all home country transcripts (not needed if the student has attended a school in the U.S for two or more years). Subject analysis for students who have some college credits, and General analysis for those who have no college credits.

    Requirements
   
  • International Graduate application along with a non-refundable fee of $40 payable by personal check or money order. Add link to Grad Intl. application
  • Photocopy of your personal information page of your passport
  • Translated official transcripts from all colleges/universities previously attended
  • Official ECE evaluation report of all home country transcripts. We need a Course-by-Course analysis report for all graduate programs except M.A.Ed for which we need a Subject analysis report
  • Official results of standardized test – GRE,GMAT,MAT depending on the degree desired
  • Letters of reference (quantity depending upon the degree desired) Reference Letter Template
  • Essay statement of career and educational goals
  • Autobiographical statement (need for M.C.P program only)
  • Resume (needed for M.BA, M.S.A and M.O.B programs)
  • TOEFL test score of 550 or above (paper-based), 213 or above (computer-based) or 79 or above (internet-based)
