Registration Information
This Web site has been designed to allow you to complete a number of functions
when registering for adult accelerated undergraduate classes at Benedictine
University. We have provided you with specific information regarding financial
aid, tuition information, hints for successful registration, general academic
policies and many other items we hope will make your experience as efficient
as possible.
Helpful Hints for Successful Registration
All students are required to speak to their advisor and obtain proper approval
from their advisor prior to registration.
Academic Policies
Advisors are assigned to all students to help with academic choices and requirements
and should be consulted during each registration period. Faculty members serve
as academic advisors and assist students in planning career goals, identifying
institutional resources and in meeting degree and graduation requirements. The
student is required to meet with and obtain his/her advisor's approval for all
academic-related matters. A student has final responsibility for meeting degree
and graduation requirements via self-advising.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Students who withdraw after the first week of class will receive a "W" on both
the grade report and the transcript. Students who do not withdraw properly will
receive the letter grade of "F".
Billing Information
Tuition and fees are incurred at the time of registration. Tuition is due in
full seven calendar days after the first class meeting. Benedictine University
has partnered with Tuition Management Systems (TMS) to provide payment plans
for those students seeking arrangements to balance their tuition payments over
an extended period of time.
Tuition and Applying for Financial Aid
Tuition rates are subject to change. All financial aid recipients must be admitted
as degree-seeking students and enrolled at least half-time (six credit hours).
