Join us in this seminar to discuss his guide on how to prepare organizational leadership to make smart strategic decisions when designing and redesigning organizations. In this lecture he will expound upon utilizing strategy, structure, processes, people and rewards to facilitate creating a high performing organization.

Dr. Anderson has worked for 17 years at Oracle as an OD consultant and is currently the Director of Organization and Talent Development. His research focuses on discourse in organizational and institutional settings which have been published in Journal of Organization Change Management and Journal of Business and Technical Communication.
