Charlie Sykes is a prominent news contributor, author and public speaker, having extensive speaking experience in issues of higher education, politics and our “alternative reality” media. He is currently an MSNBC/NBC News contributor, where he appears about six times a week. He was previously one of Wisconsin’s top-rated conservative talk show hosts for 23 years and is best known for his confrontation with Donald Trump in March 2016. He was also the co-host of the National Public Radio show “Indivisible,” which originated from WNYC public radio.

He is the author of eight books including, “A Nation of Victims: The Decay of the American Character,” “A Nation of Moochers: America’s Addiction to Getting Something for Nothing,” and “Fail U.: The False Promise of Higher Education.” Sykes’ newest book is “How the Right Lost Its Mind.”
