The Housekeeping Department within Campus Services provides cleaning services to Benedictine's academic, athletics, administration, events buildings, and residence halls. With over 600,000 "cleanable" square feet across the campus, the housekeeping staff remains busy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The department performs many cleaning tasks.

Tim joined Campus Services in April 2011 as the Housekeeping Manager. Tim brings several years of experience and technical expertise to the Housekeeping department.
Tim seeks to combine the experience he has acquired in the technical areas and customer service in order to achieve the type of quality service that Benedictine is known for and to promote the best work and learning environment possible. In this role, Tim oversees over twenty housekeeping staff members who monitor all of the custodial duties on campus-7 days a week 24 hours a day.
