The Housekeeping Department within
Campus Services provides cleaning services to Benedictine's academic,
athletics, administration, events buildings, and residence halls. With over
600,000 "cleanable" square feet across the campus, the housekeeping
staff remains busy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The
department performs cleaning tasks including:

Gil Leon joined Campus Services
in August 2008 as the Housekeeping Manager. Gil brings 13
years of experience and technical expertise to the Housekeeping
department.
In addition, Gil spent 6 years in customer service which is a great
complement to his experience. He seeks to combine the experience he
has acquired in the technical areas and customer service in order to
achieve the type of quality service that Benedictine is known for and
to promote the best work and learning environment possible. In this
role, Gil oversees twenty housekeeping staff members who monitor all
of the custodial duties on campus-7 days a week 24 hours a day.
