Submitting a Work Request is as easy as 1...2...3

Determine whether your Request is an
Emergency or
Routine
Emergency Service requests always take precedence. An
emergency is any situation that threatens lives, could cause serious
injuries or affects the scheduled operations of buildings,
equipment, or utilities. Examples of emergencies are:

Burning
odors, smoke, fire
Water
/ Gas leaks |
Heating
problems
Stopped
up drains / overflowing toilets

Contact Campus Services
If you have a routine work request, contact your Department Head,
Hall Coordinator, or Resident Assistant. They will assist you in
generating a Work Order Request.

Work
Order Request Drop Box
Complete a Work Order Request form and drop it in the collection
box located in your building. The information will be
forwarded to Campus Services and the work will be scheduled.

Submit a Work Request by Calling or Emailing Campus Services
Personnel are available 24 hours a day. During regular
business hours, 8:00am to 4:30pm each week day, you can contact
the Campus Services office by calling Ext. 6420 or Email at
campusservices@ben.edu.
