Benedictine University is one of the institutions constituting the West Suburban Regional Academic Consortium. The
University cooperates with nearby Aurora University and North Central College by providing the opportunity for students
to enroll in courses at the other colleges and receive credit at the home institution.

Services for students with disabilities
Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 prohibits discrimination
against individuals with disabilities by mandating provision of reasonable accommodations to make programs and
activities accessible to qualified individuals with disabilities.
Through the Academic Resource Center, Benedictine University provides support services to help ensure equal opportunity
for students with special needs. Although the Academic Resource Center is able to respond to most requests, there are natural
and legal limitations to what services can be provided. It is the University's goal to assist students in developing
their potential in light of what is feasible and reasonable under the law. For more information about these services, please
