Chicago Public Sculptures                                             

 

Chicago, the city of stunning architecture, also offers amazing public sculptures that are free to view: Chicago Picasso, Cloud Gate, Flamingo, Merchandise Mart Hall of Fame, the 1893 World Columbian Exposition Signal of Peace and many others. Learn about various sculptures, their creators and the history behind the public art.

Please Note: Two separate classes are offered. You may register for one or both classes.

Our World Today

 

 With more than 7 billion people in the world, current political, social and economic issues that influence all of us are changing our lives faster than ever before. This class will investigate what is happening by looking behind the scenes at significant events (domestic and international) which can affect future trends in our world today.
