The program provides the critical-thinking skills and abilities to create high-performance organizations, drive change, mobilize a workforce and emphasize social responsibility. We have been a leader in OD for more than 50 years.

You’ll learn from industry leaders and award-winning faculty. You’ll meet and share ideas with top business leaders across multiple fields in multiple countries. Our program is known and respected in 20 countries and highly active in the National Academy of Management. We help professionals learn how to create an atmosphere where high performance is achieved by building trust, valuing teamwork and fostering employee development.

Convenient weekend classes located on our Lisle campus allow you to work full-time while learning the skills you need to facilitate change, increase productivity at your company and prepare yourself for “C Suite” leadership opportunities and career change.

The business climate is constantly changing and the companies that survive are the ones that can change with it.
