In addition to creating career advancement opportunities, the Executive M.S. in Values-Driven Leadership will strengthen your leadership at four levels:

A Degree That Transforms Leaders

The Executive M.S. in Values-Driven Leadership program curriculum features:

  • This 18-month program is designed for business executives in a hybrid/cohort model (most of the course content is delivered online). 
  • Courses are taught by faculty with the highest degrees in their field and practicing leaders in the field of values-driven leadership. 
  • On-campus residencies occur two times during the program with a third international residency.
  • The program is personalized, using Hogan Assessments to match students with an executive coach who works with them individually for the first 12 months of the program.
  • The program also includes a service learning component and an action learning practicum that results in a deliverable for the student and the company where they work.
  • Coursework is based on values-driven competency model.
Core Admissions Requirements

Students must have at least eight years of management experience, and/or be in a senior leadership position or on the path to an executive position.

Graduation Requirements

The curriculum consists of 16 four quarter credit hour courses, totaling 64 quarter credit hours. This blended-format program has interactive online courses and three, four-day residencies to provide networking opportunities and to integrate and deepen the learning experience. Students must maintain a 3.000 or better grade point average to graduate.
