Entrepreneurship

Benedictine University’s Entrepreneurship program provides a unique opportunity for students who desire to start and successfully operate their own business. The Entrepreneurship major focuses on developing the Entrepreneurial process via idea generation, opportunity recognition, resource acquisition, and entrepreneurial management. It offers students a hand on approach by offering interning opportunities to support their academic as well as post-graduation goals.

The program develops students’ entrepreneurial capabilities both on a theoretical platform by constructing business models and assessing feasibility as well as the practical platform by initiating new ventures. Whether the students are interested in employment, starting a business, or post-graduate studies, the qualified, industry oriented staff and faculty at Benedictine are available at every step of the way of the students’ career path.
