Benedictine University has one official Commencement ceremony day held in May.  During the Commencement ceremony you will receive your diploma cover.  For those not participating in Commencement Convocation, diploma covers will be mailed to you upon request.

Degree Completion and Distribution of Diploma Inserts

 Upon verification of degree completion:

• Diplomas of May/June 2013 graduates will be mailed during the months of June-July 2013.
• Diplomas of August 2013 graduates will be mailed during the months of September-October 2013.
• Diplomas of December 2013 graduates will be mailed during the months of January-February 2014.
• Diplomas of March 2014 graduates will be mailed during the months of April-May 2014.
• Diplomas of May/June 2014 graduates will be mailed during the months of June-July 2014.
• Diplomas of August 2014 graduates will be mailed during the months of September-October 2014.

NOTE:  Students must be in good financial standing to participate in the Commencement Ceremony, to receive the diploma insert, and to receive an official transcript.  If you have questions about above information, please contact any of the Registrar's Office staff for assistance.
