The Eagle Media is an outlet for students enrolled in communication arts courses at Benedictine University to showcase their work in a "converged environment." This industry trend combines print, broadcast and the Web to package and deliver information and graphics to fulfill various media consumption needs of a wider audience.

This site serves as a simple Web portfolio for students who have learned writing, layout and design and electronic media production skills. Collected works include the following:

• The Eagle Online - downloadable magazines (PDF) featuring a collection of students' articles, photos and layout creations
  
  
• The Eagle On the Air - a new audiocast Web program featuring students' interviews with interesting members of the BU community (page is under construction)
  
  
• Eye of the Eagle - a special TV program aired throughout the campus monitors only; TV production courses are taught by Department Chair Pete Seely
