has been applied to the northwest quarter, 3 foot tall wooden stakes have been
put in every 4 feet along the 43 foot side and every 11 feet along the 69 foot side.
(4 x 10 + 3 foot brick path = 43 feet; 6 x 11 + 3 foot brick path = 69 feet).
