The Information Technology User Services team provides desktop support to the Benedictine faculty, staff and student lab computers. User Services strives to provide knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, integrated, contemporary and creative desktop computing technology solutions to support and facilitate academic teaching, learning, and research for the Benedictine community.
The User Services technical staff performs hardware/software installations, configurations, troubleshooting and repairs on university owned desktop/laptop computers and printers that communicate through the Benedictine University network infrastructure. Our I.T. staff provides Microsoft Office software to the end user community through Microsoft’s university volume-purchase software license agreements while offering related Microsoft software support and training. The User Services procurement team facilitates computers, printers and software purchases for Benedictine University.
