Instructions for International Applicants

Please read these instructions carefully.

All prospective students with citizenship other than that of the United States, and who are not in "permanent residency" status, are considered international applicants. International students studying at Benedictine University require a F-1 Visa for full-time study. Benedictine University accepts only those students who are compliant with immigration laws. Students are encouraged to complete the application process prior to submission deadlines.

  1. Download and fill out the appropriate international application.
  2. Please read the list of required documents and submit those as soon as possible.
  3. Please email intcenter@ben.edu if you have questions about admissions or the application process.

Application deadline

Application from an international student should be received by Benedictine University by June 1 for the Fall Term, or by October 1 for the Spring Term of the year in which the student plans to enroll.

Students are encouraged to complete the application process prior to submission deadlines; applications are evaluated after all required documentation has been received.
