International Programs Office: Study Abroad
Welcome to the wonderful educational world of study abroad!
The International Programs Office is Benedictine University's
resource for study, work, and intern experiences throughout the
world. Along with the faculty study abroad advisor, Dr. Tim Goines,
the International Programs Office assists students with program
selection, academic and financial planning, course registration,
credit transfer, cultural adjustment, and pre-departure and re-entry
orientations.
A wide range of programs is being fostered to facilitate each
student's pursuit of individual goals. Study abroad experiences
reflect diversity in their geographic locations, disciplinary
emphases, targeted levels, course offerings, language requirements,
and program length and cost.
Advance planning and office assistance enables undergraduate and
graduate students to utilize study abroad credits to fulfill major
and minor degree obligations.
