book recommendation form
This form is for use by Benedictine University students and
staff only. If you are a Benedictine faculty member who wishes
to order books for the library's collection, please use the Faculty
Book Request form instead.
Use this form to recommend a book to be added to the Library's
collection. We welcome your suggestions and try to purchase recommended
books whenever possible. However, due to collection development
guidelines and the availability of funds we cannot guarantee we
will be able to purchase every book that is recommended.
Please fill out this form as completely as possible. Missing
or erroneous information may delay your request. If you would
like to be notified if your recommendation is added to the Library's
collection, please include your telephone number and/or e-mail
address below.
