Instructions:
- These forms are provided for the use of students, faculty
& staff of Benedictine University only.
- Do not use these forms to request materials in the
Benedictine Library. Requests submitted for materials
in the Library will not be processed. Exceptions may be
made for Benedictine University students enrolled in certain
off-campus programs. Please call the Reference Desk at
(630) 829-6057 for details.
- Fill out a separate form for each item requested.
- Fill out all fields in the form completely and accurately.
Missing or incorrect information may delay your request.

Please note: As of 8/7/2006 all
articles will be sent electronically. Patrons will receive
an email from ariel@ben.edu with a link to download requested
items. Please provide an email addressin the form depending
on your patron type:
- Undergraduates MUST enter their BenU "bnumber"
e-mail address (example: b1234567@ben.edu). Documents
will not be sent to any other e-mail address.
- All others: a "ben.edu" e-mail address is
preferred.
Please allow a minimum of 10 working days to fill your
request.* If you have not heard about the status of your
request after 10 working days, call the Interlibrary Loan
office at (630) 829-6056 or e-mail libill@ben.edu
to check the status of your request.
*If you do not have enough time to receive materials
via interlibrary loan, you may wish to consider using a
fee
based document delivery service. Please note
these services are not affiliated with the Benedictine Library.
